it's nighttime at the (new) Wolf household and Bigby has the entire weekend off instead of working Saturday's like he has been for quite awhile now. to say that he wants to savor the rare opportunity would be obvious. after going out for dinner with the fam and returning home, Bigby was happy to undress and get wound down for the evening. with Jade given the freedom to do what she sees fit, he retreated to the bedroom while forcefully dragging his wife along with him.
the (new and amazing) master bathroom connected to the aforementioned (also new and amazing) bedroom is where he is, door remaining open and the water from the sink running. Elizabeth can hear his razorblade clicking against the sink as he tries to work down the stubble that has plagued his cheeks for the past couple of weeks, threatening to turn into a full-blown beard. he doubts Mrs. Wolf would complain about the extra manliness, but he doesn't need it to be any more itchy than it has been. while shaving, he calls out to Elizabeth and whatever she was doing at the moment. ]
